North East

Architecture Week 2007 provided another opportunity for thousands of North East people to have fun and discover more about the wonderful world of architecture.

A total of 43 events took place across the region over the 10-day period. Architecture Week events included film screenings, archi-tours, archi-exhibitions, archi-talks, open architect practices, family fun days and broadcasts on national and regional media.

Architecture Week would not be possible without the support of national partners Arts Council England, Royal Institute for British Architects and the Architecture Centre Network; regional partners (regional offices of the above).

We would also like to sincerely thank our regional sponsors Ignite and Turner & Townsend.

And last but not least a big thank you to the event organisers for putting together a number of fantastic events during the Week- thank you to all involved!
